Anti-bacterial test: Our towels were tested against two bacterial strains - the deadly E. Coli and skin-loving S. Aureus. The results found our towels to have prevented the growth of 92% of E. Coli and 99% of S. Aureus.
Hypoallergenic certification: Our towels are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. This certification tests every inch of our towel against a list of over 1,000 harmful substances. Which means, our towels are safe for even sensitive skin.
Bacterial inhibition mechanism: It does so by disrupting the integrity of the bacterial cell membranes. The result? The bacteria’s metabolism and reproduction are both inhibited. Some bacteria dies, while others will be unable to replicate.
Hypoallergenic properties: High quality bamboo requires minimal pesticides and insecticides to grow. We combine that with a manufacturing method that avoids the use of harmful chemicals.
Absorption method: Apart from trapping water molecules between fibres (like other towels), our fibres are hollow to allow for extra absorption. This allows it so absorb 2X more, 4X faster.
