Our towels are made of ultra high quality bamboo.

Apart from its eco-friendly properties, bamboo towels outshines their cotton cousins in performance as well. We're talking faster absorption, having anti-bacterial properties, and being kinder to your skin.

On our end, we work with our supplier to ensure that the quality of bamboo used in our towels are top quality. If it's not, it'll show in its performance.

As a skin-focused brand, we are dedicated to ensure our towels are of the highest quality. Hence, we ensure that our suppliers source for the highest quality bamboo that can perform as promised. If we've failed in that, you can easily tell via reactions on your skin. There's no hiding from that.

Other bamboo towel brands are mostly focused on jumping on the bamboo "hype train". As a result, they use cheap, low quality bamboo with limited benefits.

The bath towel measures 140x70cm. Hand towel measures 70x34cm. Face towel measures 34x34 cm.

To ensure the best experience, we recommend air-drying your towels.

Our bamboo towels are designed to deliver the best softness and durability when air-dried. While we understand that some customers may prefer using a tumble dryer, please note that this can affect the quality and lifespan of the towels.

If you choose to tumble dry, please use the lowest heat setting and understand that this is at your discretion. Damage associated with tumble drying will not qualify for refunds.

We currently only ship to Singapore and Malaysia.

Unfortunately, we do not have a retail outlet at the moment.

However, we have 14-day refund policy - you can purchase our towels and if they do not meet your expectations, you can opt for a refund. Hence, you can try out our towels risk free!

Sorry but we currently do not allow for self-collection.

When your order has been relayed to our logistics partner, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking link. You can track the order via the tracking link.

For Singapore orders: You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days.

For Malaysia orders: You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 working days for West Malaysia, and 10-14 working days for East Malaysia, as they will be shipped out from Singapore and will take some time to clear customs.

Note, please expect an extra 1-2 working days in delay during sale periods.

Yes! You have until 10am the next day, while your order is unfulfilled to write in to us at support@absofresh.com to edit or cancel your order.

Any changes beyond the cut-off times can only be done on a best-efforts basis. Any cancellation requests beyond the cut-off time will not be possible as orders would already be relayed to our logistics partner.

For changes in product (e.g. change colour): Please expect an additional delay in shipping by up to 3 working days.

For orders in Singapore, there will be a restocking fee of S$10 for unsuccessful delivery. We will attempt a new delivery upon confirmation of the right address from you; for orders in Malaysia, your parcel will unfortunately be disposed and not liable for a refund.

If the restocking fee is not paid, we will be unable to re-deliver your order or process a refund for its value.

For Singapore orders: Nope! This doesn't apply to you.

For Malaysia orders: Orders RM500 and below, there will be no duties or taxes payable. Orders above RM500 would be subjected to duties and taxes, and you will be contacted by the customs authorities for payment. Please note that if you choose to reject a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if you're uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel, absofresh will not be liable for the item costs, postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible orders, from the date of receipt.

Orders are eligible for return if they meet all of the following criteria:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You did not receive the right order e.g. wrong item delivered, item is damaged beyond repair (If your towel has minor defects - such as a few loose threads - that is easily repairable, it will not qualify for return)

To start a return, you can contact us at support@absofresh.com , and include (1) your reason for return and (2) proof of purchase in your message.

For Malaysia orders: We currently do not have the logistical capabilities to process returns. However, if your order meets the return eligibility criteria above, we will send you a replacement order.

If your towel is not eligible because of loose threads, fret not! They are naturally occurring and are easily fixable.

Here's a 3-step process of how to fix them:

1. Take a scissors and snip the loose thread in half (at the end of the loop)

2. Take the two separate strings and tie a double knot (dead knot).

3. Cut off the excess thread. You're all done!

Refunds

We have a 14-day refund policy from the date of receipt. If our towels do not meet your expectations, let us know why and we will give you your money back. 100%.

To facilitate a refund, we may ask for photo/video evidence to understand why our products did not meet your expectations.

We at absofresh are always striving to improve our towels to ensure they perform as promised. We do not tolerate any lapse in performances, and we do not expect you to as well.

Refunds will take up to 10 working days to be processed.
